With the most versatile characteristics, the stamps can be very complex thing to use. There are pre-inserted, self-inking and rubber (or conventional) stamps. On top of that, you have custom stamps, signature stamps and more. Before buying your stamp, it is best to understand your options. This post has everything you want about stamps (and more). Let's start by talking about the three main types of stamps.

1. Self-ink stamps

Self-inking stamps are pre-filled with ink which saves time during stamping. The piece of rubber actually falls on a separate stamp pad as you stamp. When the ink is finished, you can reapply the ink or replace the pad.

2. Pre-ink stamps

With the pre-ink stamp, the ink and stamp are held together. Please note that using the wrong ink can dry out your seal. Remember, we can always help you find the right ink for your pre-ink stamp.

3. Rubber stamps

These are traditional stamps that are required to make contact with a separate rubber ink pad. Now you have understood the main types of stamps and how to use them, let's talk about how you can explore them. You may even get a stamp you don't need!

4. Custom stamps

You can find different websites offering you to buy stamps online. You can customize the stamps as per your preferences. If you get a pre-made stamp, great! But if you don't see what you're looking for, it can always be customized. Custom stamps are available in many sizes, including rectangular, square and circular. Custom stamps are available in black, red, blue, green and purple ink (except for notary stamp orders). You have options about how the effect looks, including the typeface, justification (left, right, and center). You may have different options when ordering custom stamps.

5. Signature stamps

Believe it or not, signature stamps come in a slightly different style. Below we have mentioned some of the most popular forms of signature stamps.

• Mobile / Pocket (Compact)

• Selfie • Early (initial only)

• Traditional

6. Notary stamp

Notary stamps are available in all state samples for official notary use. To place a notary stamp order, you must provide a copy of the certificate with the commission number and expiration date. These stamps are only available in black ink.

7. Postage stamps

Stamps can have only one date or have multiple lines with a custom message. It can all be one colour or two colours (red date and the rest blue, for example). Date stamps may seem simple enough but you have a few different options.

• Self-inking office Date stamp: For use of light weight, indoor office fees.

• Self-inking heavy-duty date stamp: This is a heavy-duty frame that allows for smooth and quiet stamping.

• Traditional (or traditional) date stamps: These need to be contacted with a separate rubber ink pad.

• Number Stamps: This consists of a series of numbers (character bands can be changed for a number band at an additional cost). You can use either self-inking or one that is used with a stamp pad and you have the size of the number as well as the style (regular or condensed).

8. Art stamps

Art stamps can also be custom made. When one of these happens, you want to make sure your black and white image is crisp and clear.

With many office supplies, you have environmentally friendly options. As you can see, you will find many types of stamps for different uses. So far, you may be wondering how to order one of these stamps. You can simply find one of the best stamp supplier or manufacturers in your near area.
